Holy crapola!!

I have revised my plan a bit, bc Maman wants me to be more mindful of what I put in my body. She told me that sharing a bowl (cos they give huge portions?) of mac, and a Caesar salad and a pizza sub, is better than a chicken burger and mac... cos we had burgers yesterday... and she wants me in particular to be more or less healthy. I'm sure y'all agree with her non??

Right now, I'm listening to Rob Zombie's Dragula... it is an awesome song. :) I love his House of 1,000 Corpses. That was fucking A. I'm probably going to drink me some apple cider vinegar a half an hour prior to eating dinner. Why? Several reasons. It tastes a bit like ascorbic beer... so... there you have it?? 🤪🤪😂😂 I'm going to get Bees and Julz to have some too. They need the benefits too. Plus, to me, it also tastes like shit and misery loves company non??

Anyways, I think I will stop listening and play the Sims 4. You can find my stories on this blog (mind you the links section are out of date... I need to update this. *sighs*)

If you're having salad why not taking the apple cider vinegar mixing it with some olive oil and making it into the dressing for the salad?

Sorry I use vinegar and oil as a dressing regularly or cooking with it making hot slaw and I find that preferable than trying to drink it, healthy or not.

As for the rest of the meal choice, I'd not be able to eat mac & Salad & a sub in one meal. Too much food. A small side salad with a small bowl of mac, sure, but add in a sub and thats a lot. Same with a burger...

Except for fish meals (fish is larger but flat than most foods) I tend towards small meals, at best, most what will fit on 10" x 6" rectangular plate.

Oh, except for a bowl of soup or stew, of course since they need a different type of serving item.

Good luck with a healthier diet. Lots of fruit and veg for me, and chicken or fish cooked in various ways. I tend to not have chips (fries) or anything fried and I try to have pasta in moderation. I just need to concentrate on portion control!

Happy New Year!

I once tried non-alcoholic wine. I have to say that I did associate it a bit with apple cider vinegar.
